Transformer winding requires a lot of physical labor. With a primitve winding tool like I have got, it takes about 20 to 30 hours work each. The bobin end is also custom designed PCB enables soldering coil ends directly. The coil is 14 layer interleaved with very good primary to leakage inductance ratios.
