Our lease on the 5th Avenue building expired in 2004, so our current corporate masters, Primedia, moved us to this anonymous-looking modern office building near Grand Central Station at the end of June 2004. But now we are just one block away from NY's publishing hub of Park Avenue, 3 blocks away from Bryant Park and the NY Library, and 5 blocks from the Empire State Building.
